It's Chen's 21st (22nd in Korean age) birthday! You know what this means? HE'S INTERNATIONALLY LEGAL! Everybody's welcome to celebrate! We'll be putting comments one at a time, labelled with parts of Chen we're celebrating, like "Tribute to Chen's Awesome Hair" or "Tribute to Chenry Potter" where we can spam, so you can spam any Chen of your choosing (and we keep it clean for those who can't handle all the awesomeness in data). Feel free to suggest another tribute too! Of course, it's not a birthday party without games, but unfortunately, we're unable to send alcohol through the internet.
